Arkansas Scholarship Recipient to Attend Heartland Horseshoeing School

An Arkansas high school student has been awarded $6,000 in scholarships and is planning to put them to use by learning farriery.

The First Security Bank Trust Department awarded Brandon Barecky of Cotter, Ark., the William H. Thompson Educational Scholarship for $1,000 and the Robert J. Stewart Education Scholarship for $5,000. After graduation, Barecky plans to attend Heartland Horseshoeing School in Lamar, Mo.
