American Farriers Journal Wins Livestock Publications Council Photography Awards
American Farriers Journal was recognized for photography excellence in the Livestock Publications Council People’s Choice contest, presented by Modern Litho.
A photo by Jeff Cota, American Farriers Journal editor, of Robbie Hunziker, CJF, of Tampa, Fla., pritcheling a shoe at dusk is the 2024 People’s Choice Overall Winner, as well as the winner of the Livestock Industry People category. The latest recognition adds to the lengthy history of journalistic excellence by American Farriers Journal staff members. The award winners were announced Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024, by the Livestock Publications Council (LPC).
“You can see the wonderful photography talent from our recent People’s Choice Photo Contest winners in this issue of the Actiongram,” writes Shelia Grobosky, LPC president. “Our members entered photos the entire month of October, and these photos were voted on by their peers online during the first 2 weeks of November.”
