Designed with a variable pitch The CrossOver features the latest in horseshoe technology, Variable Pitched Nails (VPN). The Nail holes have more pitch in the toe and become straighter towards the heel, following the natural angle of the hoof.
Delta Challenger
Delta Challenger is the perfect all around front & hind symmetrical horseshoe available in two weights. TS7 is the lighter version @ 3/4" wide, 1/4" thick. TS8 is a full 3/4" wide, 5/16" thick available in both clipped and unclipped. Both patterns are sized to section. The Delta Challenger also features a seated inner edge with built in sole relief for less time at the anvil. The heel had a radius and a heel check that follows the frog to make heel fitting easier.
Premium coating enhancing durability. Endura is a coating that provides additional strength, so you are able to use a slimmer nail where needed. The coating also improves nail driving and reduces hoof wall damage. Endura nails are designed for extreme conditions and high-performance horses.

In 1946, George Earnest setup a small shop in Klamath Falls, Oregon, to fill requests for custom-made horseshoeing tools. One farrier told another about nippers that cut better and lasted longer than any others, and the enterprise grew. The business has changed ownership and location several times since, but since 1973, the Garner family has owned and operated G.E. Forge & Tool®. During this time, they have developed and produced many industry leading products.
