I met Esco approximately 6 years ago at a time when I was questioning my longevity in this industry. His guidance and mentorship led to a strong friendship 5 years later. Esco is a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of farriery and business. He has shown me how to set myself apart in a very competitive industry. I continue to hone my skill set, knowledge and expertise with his support and guidance. I have learned how to look at the whole horse, which has revolutionized my practice and made me more valuable to my clients. Because of his mentorship, I have been able to make a real difference in many horses’ lameness cases and create true value for my clients. I am extremely thankful for his mentorship and friendship.
