Waterbury, Conn. farrier Dennis Sullivan passed away July 1, 2018. He was 53. 

Sullivan graduated from the Oklahoma Farrier College and won many awards and competitions hosted by local and national farrier associations. He was also the clinician for many years at the Teikyo-Post equine program. 

There will be a visitation Friday, July 6, 2018 at Naugatuck Valley Memorial Funeral Home located at 240 North Main St., Naugatuck, Conn. from 4 to 8 p.m. A mass will follow on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at St. Hedwig Church located at 32 Golden Hill St., Naugatuck, Conn. at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Ebony Horsewomen.
