The equine footwear manufacturer EasyCare has closed its Tucson, Ariz., warehouse and moved its inventory operations to Dallas, Texas.
The company’s change was made with the goal of improving their customer service and developing products that continue to contribute to the well-being of horses, according to EasyCare.
Shipments from the new warehouse will go out on Saturdays and on non-government holidays. This change will reduce delays in shipment, but Tucson customers won’t be able to pick up EasyBoots or EasyShoes any longer.
Along with the changes, EasyCare is implementing a new policy that simplifies their satisfaction guarantee. All items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days for a refund or EasyCare credit (excluding shipping and handling).
EasyCare was founded in 1970 and aims to create comfort for horse and rider while increasing the well-being of horses, according to the company.
