The Northeast Association of Equine Practitioners (NEAEP) is offering two full scholarships to its 11th annual symposium, Sept. 25-28 in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
The Rhicco Rentas Memorial Student Program will provide travel accommodations, registration, and full participation in the wet lab program for one farriery and one veterinary student this year. In addition, the scholarship recipients will be mentored by NEAEP directors with a background in their area of study.
The memorial program honors Bryan “Rhicco” Rentas, who was the NEAEP executive director from its inception until 2016 when he passed away. Veterinary and farrier students in approved programs in the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada are encouraged to apply. Learn more at theneaep.com/scholarship-program
