Nancy Duggan, the matriarch of Duggan Farrier Supplies and Minnesota School of Horseshoeing, passed away Tuesday, Oct.  22, 2019. She was 72.

Duggan is a 1965 graduate of Elk River High School in Elk River, Minn. She owned and operated Duggan Farrier Supplies and Minnesota School of Horseshoeing in Ramsey, Minn., for 43 years with her husband Richard. She loved her flat coated retrievers, gardens and appreciated natural beauty. She was active at the Central Lutheran Church.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, at Central Lutheran Church, 1103 School St. NW, Elk River, Minn. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made at Central Lutheran Church — Elk River.
