Justin has both my appreciation and gratitude. Justin shows his care for my horse Karma with his knowledge and calm demeanor. He is gracious in answering my questions. At times, because the love we have for our 4-legged BFFs and sometimes become junior farriers armed with internet know-how, he still calmly explains reasons for why without making me feel I’m a nuisance. From my side, a farrier needs knowledge and skill of their profession, respect for the animal and the ability to communicate with me. Being personable is a benefit.
