Horse Owners Tend to Have Higher Incomes
The income distribution of horse owners tends to favor the higher income brackets, which may be due to the older age distribution among horse owners.
Some 49% of the surveyed horse owners reported annual household incomes of less than $75,000 per year. Another 30% had incomes of $100,000-$149,999 per year. A total of 21% of owners had annual household incomes of more than $150,000 per year.
