Worth County, Ga., farrier Rusty Brown passed away Friday, Jan. 20, 2023. He was 80.

Brown lived in Worth County for the past 50 years and was a farrier. Brown formerly was employed with Firestone Tire Co. in Albany where he worked for more than 20 years. He enjoyed playing poker and working with his horses. He loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchildren. He was of the Methodist faith.

A memorial service was Jan. 26, 2023, at Banks Funeral Home Chapel.
