Radiographs continue to be a valuable diagnostic tool to help farriers. Veterinarian and farrier Ramon Batalla says roper understanding is essential before application to one’s work.
In this session, he will describe the value of using radiographs for the farrier practice, review the soft tissue parameters to manage foot health and understand the biomechanics of the equine foot from a radiological stand point. He will use examples from his own work to illustrate these points.
