As we gear up for the highly anticipated 2025 International Hoof-Care Summit (IHCS) in Kansas City, I am pleased to invite your company to join other
leading equine hoof-care suppliers as an exhibitor or sponsor at this premier
event. As the largest gathering in the industry, the International Hoof-Care
Summit offers unparalleled opportunities for networking, showcasing products
and staying at the forefront of the latest advancements in hoof care.
The team is working hard to finalize the full speaker lineup, topics and agenda, but we wanted to share details on two exciting learning opportunities available to attendees at the 2025 Summit.
1. VIP 2-Hour Hands-On Dissection Wet Lab with Paige Poss
Returning for the 2025 Summit is Tucson, Ariz., farrier Paige Poss, who will lead a lively and informative 2-hour discussion in which attendees inspect cadaver limbs before, during and after dissection.
2. NEW FOR 2025! University of Kansas Museum of Natural History Private Guided Tour
Building off of her three Summit General Session topics, Dr. Deb Bennett, of the Equine Studies Institute, and Dr. Robert M. Timm, curator emeritus of the University of Kansas Museum of Natural History, will lead a private behind-the-scenes guided tour of the museum’s Mammals Division. Attendees will get an up-close view of the skeleton of Ethan Allen, America’s most famous horse from 1850-1875; see the Comanche exhibit, dedicated to one of the few equine survivors of Custer’s Last Stand at the Battle of Little Big Horn; and explore various examples of equine hoof and bone pathologies.
These are just two exciting opportunities we're thrilled to make available to Summit attendees, and I look forward to sharing more session details in the coming months as we finalize the agenda. In the meantime, check out the current speaker line-up below and fun, family-friendly area attractions in the KC area that you can plan as part of your trip to the heart of America.
I look forward to seeing you in KC this January!
