New Mexico Farrier William “Billy” Howard passed away on July 22, 2024. He was 58.
Howard studied Ranch and Range Management and Animal Husbandry at Texas Tech University in addition to graduating from Oklahoma Horseshoeing School. He became a farrier and managed several feedlot companies.
