⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reviewed Jul 27, 2024

"We were here with a large conference. My very favorite thing was the Lync that linked you to almost everything - other conference hotels, Crown Center shopping/eating, Union Station, aquarium, Legoland, Hallmark Visitors Center, etc. I never had to get on the street unless I wanted to. But when we did, the free trolley was fantastic to get around on.
We were given a room on the 40th floor. What an amazing view! The room was very clean and spacious. Had a mini fridge and coffee maker. I was pleased by the amount of outlets and USB ports. The bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had great lighting. I loved the products they provided (Gilchrist and Soames bath gel, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap). The room was quiet, and you didn’t hear hall noise and such like with other hotels.
The bar/restaurant in the hotel had delicious appetizers. (I have never seen wings so large!) This hotel is older, but you can tell that they have worked hard to keep it beautiful, clean and updated. The staff (housekeeping, bar, bell staff, maintenance and front desk) was always so pleasant! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
