Check out the latest Summit news and updates below.
It’s hard to believe we’re just 63 days away from the 2025 Summit kicking off in Kansas City. Registration continues to track 50% ahead of last year and the trade show floor is over 75% sold out. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone in January!
As you prepare for the event, we wanted to remind you of a valuable benefit available to attendees who register before the end of the year… you may be able to deduct your 2025 registration fee as a business expense on your 2024 taxes.
Each year, many attendees make it a point to register for the International Hoof Care Summit before the end of the year, so they can claim the expense in the current year.
For many, the costs associated with attending professional conferences and educational events—like the Summit registration fee—can qualify as a tax-deductible expense, as long as the event is directly related to your business or profession. This may also apply to associated travel and lodging expenses, but please consult with your tax advisor to confirm what applies in your specific case.
If you need another copy of your registration receipt, please reach out and we can email or mail you a copy for your records.
If you still need to register and you'd like to take advantage of a 2024 expense write-off — while expanding your hoof-care knowledge and professional network exponentially in 2025 — it is encouraged that you consider registering for the 2025 Summit before the end of the year.
If you have any questions about the registration fee or the event, don’t hesitate to reach out.
We’re excited to welcome you soon!
