What is a way you’ve been able to reduce expenses for your footcare practice? Mileage? Supplies?
I went to "flat rate" pricing over 25 years ago. Same fee for new vs resets. Extras like stud holes are extra. But flat rate pricing gives me freedom to change shoe size or style as foot changes without hearing owner complain they wetewere new last month. It also allows me to save shoes I removed that were not worn out and use on someone else and lowers stock replacement rate. Added benefit is owner knows how much bill will be and is better prepared to pay at time of service. Above that; I make certain I catch horses in same area on same day to limit travel.....but that seems pretty obvious.

I buy all my shoes once a year which saves me 28percent.
