Since nearly every farrier has a collection of interesting and special horseshoes, we’d like you to snap a photo of some examples to be shared with other farriers and horse enthusiasts.

We’ve had numerous requests for a poster featuring different horseshoes, but are unable to get any more copies of a previous poster that featured 72 shoes. To get a closer glimpse of this memorable poster, go to www.hoofprints.com/education.posters.html.

Send a picture of your unique or special horseshoe along with a description of the shoe that includes its specific use, the breed of horse it was used with, approximate age of the shoe and anything else that makes it interesting or different from other shoes. If your shoe photo is used on the poster, we’ll send you a free poster!

If possible, photograph your shoe on a smooth, plain background and have the shoe at least 2 inches across. Call (800) 741-5054 if you have any questions.
