Farrier Product Distribution (FPD) announced in mid July that the Royal Kerckhaert Horseshoe Factory had acquired the Diamond farrier division from Apex Tool Group (ATG).

FPD will exclusively distribute all Diamond brand horseshoes and tools in the U.S. and Canada for Kerckhaert.

“Kerckhaert feels the acquisition of Diamond is a positive addition as a complementary line,” says Dan Burke, president of FPD. “We have had a long and successful relationship with Kerckhaert and are confident, with their exceptional attention to quality and detail, Diamond customers will be pleased with this acquisition.”

Kerckhaert officials say they are looking forward to the newest chapter in the company’s long history.
