The International Hoof-Care Summit wants to make the conference experience as exceptional for attendees as possible, which is why we have once again developed a mobile app through EventBoard for our 2016 event. This easy-to-use resource can be accessed in the app store on iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices.

Get The App

1. Download the EventBoard Mobile app from your device's app store (image 1 below).
2. Upon opening the app, you will be prompted to log in. This is new in 2016, so past users of the app likely do not have a login already set up. Click the "sign up" button to enter the email address and password you would like to use to sign into the app. Your password should be at least 7 characters long, and contain one letter, one number and one symbol. (image 2 below)
3. After creating your login, you will be prompted to log in using your newly created account.
4. Once logged in, you'll be presented with a list of upcoming events. Select "International Hoof-Care Summit" from that list. (Note: After selecting the IHCS event once, the EventBoard app will add it to the "My" tab of the EventBoard dashboard so when you log in you can quickly access the event, as seen in image 3 below.)

Within The App

On the home screen for the International Hoof-Care Summit event, you will see a number of icons that link you to various conference resources:

• 
  Schedule
  Access a real-time schedule of events from when registration opens until the final event of each night concludes. You can save a session to your personal app agenda by clicking on the session name and then tapping the star icon next to the name of the session. You are also able to provide feedback on a session once it's over.
• Speakers
  Interested in certain speakers? You can view a list of all 2016 International Hoof-Care Summit speakers and click on their name to view when they are speaking and the topic(s) they will be covering.
• Time Slots
  Looking at the time and wondering where to go next? View the time slots of the Summit here, and click on a specific time frame to see what is going on so you never miss a beat.
• Session Types
  Looking for specific types of sessions? All of the events and educational opportunities at the International Hoof-Care Summit are broken out category for you to browse through, including General Sessions, Special Clinics, Roundtables, Classrooms, Networking Breaks, Trade Show Hours and Registration Times.
• Sponsors
  Read about the 2016 Educational Partners and connect with them online.
• Maps
  Pull up a Google Map of where the International Hoof-Care Summit is taking place, see what area attractions and restaurants are nearby, and navigate your way around downtown Cincinnati.
• Floor Plans
  Feeling lost? We have floor plans of all venues where sessions will be held throughout the 4-day conference.
• Website
  Visit the International Hoof-Care Summit website to access every detail you'll need to know for the 2016 event.
• Facebook
  Join in the conversation on the official International Hoof-Care Summit Facebook page, and follow updates from American Farriers Journal editors throughout the conference. We'll also be sharing Facebook-exclusive promotions for attendees.

At the bottom of the app screen, you'll notice three buttons: Home, My Agenda and Pulse.

• Home
  View the home screen of International Hoof-Care Summit icons linking you to the resources listed above.
• My Agenda
  Create your own agenda while you are at the Summit so you don't miss out on any opportunities. While viewing sessions within the app, you have the ability to click the green star icon next to a session's name to add it to your own personalized agenda. Click the My Agenda button at the bottom of the Summit app screen to see the agenda you have created for yourself.
• Pulse
  Access Conference Updates (which includes Daily Recaps from one of our editors) in the "News" tab of the Pulse section. You can join in #IHCS Twitter conversations as well by clicking the "Social" tab of the Pulse section.
