Murrayville, Ga., farrier Richard “Ricky” Stover passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017, after a courageous battle with brain cancer. He was 61.
Stover was a master moulder technician for years, but he was a cowboy at heart. He also held positions as youth director and adult Sunday school teacher. He was a member of The Gideons International, serving with the Hall North Camp.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 26, 2017, at the Memorial Park Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 27, 2017, at Memorial Park Chapel. Internment will follow at Wauka Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery.
