The National Horse Show Association announced that Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital would provide the CP National Horse Show’s official veterinarians, farriers and pharmacy for the seventh year in a row.

The CP National Horse Show will take place Oct. 31-Nov. 5, 2017, in Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Ky.

As the official veterinarian, Rood & Riddle will provide routine and ambulatory care for competitors as needed.

“Their team provides knowledgeable, professional and timely services to our exhibitors and we deeply value their presence and continued partnership,” according to a statement attributed to Mason Phelps, president of the National Horse Association, in a press release by Phelps Media.

Rood & Riddle is based in Lexington, Ky., with locations in Wellington, Fla., and Saratoga Springs, N.Y. The full service equine hospital offers services including: surgery, internal medicine and advanced diagnostic imaging.

They also have special centers focused on reproduction and podiatry.

“We are honored that Rood & Riddle will be returning to the CP National Horse Show during the 2017 event,” says Phelps.
