Attendees at last winter’s International Hoof-Care Summit were asked to list the hoof supplements they most often recommend to footcare clients.

Farrier's Formula (Life Data Labs) was the number one recommended hoof supplement followed by SmartHoof Pellets (Smartpak) and Horseshoer’s Secret (Farnam Horse Products).

Communicating With Clients

When it comes to client communications, 68% of farriers leave text messages on a cell phone, 36% rely on email, 17% use social media (Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn) and 5% post messages for clients on their own website.
