Kemp, Okla., farrier Clinton Doyle Little passed away Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017, in Denison, Texas. He was 83.
Little proudly volunteered and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. After receiving an honorable discharge in October 1956, he returned to Oklahoma to work in both the oil fields and cattle ranching. He participating in the rodeo circuit, competing in bull riding, busting broncos, strait line roping, bulldogging and team roping. Clinton later went on to horseshoeing school to become a farrier. He also trained racehorses.
Funeral services were Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017, with burial in Kemp Cemetery.
