Inkom, Idaho, veterinarian and farrier E. Paul Miller passed away Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018, unexpectedly. He was 68. Miller had a lifelong love of horses, cattle and hard work. He spent his life living and working on the Miller family ranch in the Buckskin area north of Inkom, where his grandfather A.P. Norris homesteaded. Funeral services will take place Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018.
