Spanish Lake Blacksmith Farrier Supplies will host Everyday Essential Horseshoe Modifications clinic. Paul Skaggs will be the clinician.

Skaggs will lead a workshop for farriers on essential shoe modifications. He will present a program that outlines the reason and benefit of each modification for the horse. He will then demonstrate in detail each modification. All farriers will then be welcome to forge the shoes and receive suggestions and help from Skaggs.

This will be a great opportunity to sharpen your horseshoe shaping and modifications.

Skaggs grew up with horses. He earned a master’s degree in animal science, the CJF from the American Farrier's Association and the APF from the American Association of Professional Farriers. He is a member of both the AFA and the AAPF.

Skaggs practice is varied and includes English performance, Western performance and halter, as well as general pleasure horses.
