Edward “Jake” Michael Lohmeyer, 45, of Grand Rapids, OH, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022. He was 45.

Lohmeyer was born in Toledo, Ohio, to Edward and Arnita (Cole) Lohmeyer on July 7, 1976. Jake was a Commander with the Whitehouse American Legion Post. He was most recently employed with the City of Toledo Water Department. Jake loved rodeos and rode for the Broken Horn Rodeo in bull riding, roping and bareback broncos. 

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon, Ohio on Tuesday, May 10, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. 

Funeral services will be held at the funeral chapel on Wednesday, May 11, at 11:00 a.m. Jake will be laid to rest at Lake Township Cemetery.
