Cathy Lesperance (Fergus, Ontario)
Cathy's mentoring has allowed me to fully understand the educational needs and desires of farriers in order to set up programs to achieve this. Her humor helped me at times when I needed help in understanding things and her guidance and experience helped to steer me to goals she helped develop.
Her examples of service to the farrier industry, like flying in a snow storm to help a farrier in need hours away, are inspirational,
