Honoring a dedication to their craft and a life-long achievement of high quality work on a daily basis that goes above and beyond the norm, the International Horseshoeing Hall Of Fame and the International Equine Veterinarians Hall Of Fame each inducted four dynamic professionals into their exclusive ranks.
The “Class of 2005” for each Hall — a dynamic and diverse group of talented individuals — were officially unveiled at an eventful and jovial general session held at the International Hoof-Care Summit in Cincinnati, Ohio, on January 27.
The International Horseshoeing Hall Of Fame welcomed Simon Curtis of New Market, England, Lim Couch of Hernando, Miss., Duke Bonde of Modesto, Calif., and David Willis of Beavercreek, Ore., into their time-honored ranks. The International Equine Veterinarians Hall Of Fame inducted Andy Parks of Athens, Ga., John Steele of Vernon, N.Y., Terry Swanson of Littleton, Colo., and Oscar Swanstrom of Louisville, Ky., as members of its class of 2005.
The ceremony, which will become an annual tradition at the International Hoof-Care Summit, honored each member and welcomed them into the community of Hall Of Fame members.
