Odin, Ill., farrier John William Stedelin passed away Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018. He was 39.

He owned Stedelin Farrier Services for 17 years. He was also a tester for the American Farrier’s Association and alternate for the American Farrier’s Team.

A visitation will be held 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 23, at Calumet Street Christian Church in Centralia. A funeral service will take place 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 24, also at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a memorial fund for Stedelin’s children. Donations may be mailed to Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home, 235 North Sycamore Street, Centralia, Ill., 62801.
