Sequim, Wash., farrier Ken Miller passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018. He was 74.
After retiring from the military, he moved with his family to the Port Angeles area and began working as a farrier. He also authored the screenplay for Missing in America and the book Have You Kicked Your Horseshoer Today, which he self-published and sold in the U.S. and internationally.
A celebration of Miller's life will be from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. March 17th at the Dungeness Meadows Club House, at 461 Dungeness Meadows off of River Road in Sequim, Wash. The family requests that those who wish to do so make a donation to the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle.
