Sheridan College’s farrier science program is back in session with Buffalo, Wyo., farrier Quint Gonzales as its new farrier instructor.
Sheridan College’s farrier science program is back in session with Buffalo, Wyo., farrier Quint Gonzales as its new farrier instructor. The program was previously not available for a few years after its former instructor Steve Stephenson retired. When Powell, Wyo., Northwest College’s farrier professor also retired, the last local farrier courses went away, too.

Liles has been laid to rest in three anvil urns created by Chuck Milne, owner of Texas Farrier Supply in Kennedale, Texas. This is a fitting honor for someone who respected the farrier craft so deeply.
