Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital is hosting an international podiatry conference in Lexington. The speakers include Maarten Oosterlinck, Haydn Price, R.F. (Ric) Redden, Scott Morrison and Raul Bras. The goal of the conference is to bring together experienced equine veterinarians and farriers to discuss techniques in the hope of giving rise to new areas of research and collaboration.

Some of the topics will include pressure plate evaluation, evidence based farriery, deep digital flexor tenotomy, distal limb anatomy dissection, negative palmar process, hoof surgery, spontaneous quarter cracks and much more. Find the full itinerary and the registration form here.

The registration fee is $985 per person and includes entry for both days as well as 2 lunches, a breakfast and a dinner at Keeneland Race Track on Friday.
