The Western States Farrier's Assn. is hosting the Northern California Classic in Placerville. The examiner will be David Sierra. The certification will occur Wed., May 15. Please register before May 1, 2019, for certification. The various judges and clinicians include Ben Mangan, Iain Ritchie and Robbie Mederos. Please plan to bring your own horse handler or forfeit.
