The Fenton River Veterinary Hospital will host a clinic March 11-12 in Stafford Springs, Conn. The clinician is Esco Buff, PhD, APF-I, CF.

The clinic is a joint farrier and horse owner educational event and will take place at Fenton River Veterinary Hospital, 73 W. Stafford Rd., Stafford Springs, CT 06076. The March 11 clinic will be from 5-9 p.m. and educates the horse owner on the farrier industry, what a farrier does and how to choose a farrier. The March 12 clinic will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Buff will discuss treating laminitis and include a radiology review.

The clinic is approved for 12 International Association of Professional Farriers continuing education credits.
